It may be early but around this time, those applying to Fall 2020 are engulfed in an A&P course trying for the grades needed. Collaboration and early encouragement can only help. Fall seems to be the large cycle and a lot have had the same instructors. Some of us could even be sitting by each other in class and not know.
I know we cannot say who we are taking. I'm in A&P 1 at Tomball in a hybrid course. If I can be of any help I will do so. I have a study guide for A&P that's about 90 pages. In addition, I have a pdf of one of the books (I think it's Marieb).
Goodxluck in class everyone and hope to see you in nursing school in the Fall!
Hi guys ? I’m a current ADN student and was admitted this fall (Fall 2019) and wanted to give you guys insight on what my hesi score was. My score was a 7.376 (84 on hesi, As in both English and A&P) and ended up being an alternate, 7.1s got rejection letters, 7.2s if lucky you’ll get an alternate but very slim chance. If you want to get into your first choice, be sure to at least get a 7.55+ to be on the safe side.
Getting As in both of your pre reqs and a high score on hesi is a must to not be an alternate or close to be one, so definitely get As on those if you can help it or retake the class.

Thank you for letting us know. Congrats on getting in! With how competitive it keeps getting do you think that my 7.632 score is good enough? I was thinking about retaking the HESI to raise my 90.8 but I’m worried about the score dropping.

No don’t retake. If you get a lower score that’s what they will go buy, by your recent score. You will definitely get in at least in one of the campuses. And thank you! ? going into second semester.

Hey ! Why did you withdraw from Montgomery? I was thinking to making it my first choice ?

You are fine, they look at overall score of the entire reading section.

No, you were correct. I was thinking of my lvn score. (I applied to both) I'm going to retake AP1 next semester to hopefully get an A and raise my score.
