Lone Star Fall 2021 ADN

Hey everyone... who all is applying for next fall? Have you taken your HESI yet? What is your score going in? I still have to take my HESI but have an A in A/P 1 and am taking A/P 2 and Microbiology this fall. Also how did you study for the HESI??

I just heard that the math portion on the HESI A2 is not all multiple choice.  Can anyone confirm or deny?

I’m applying to Montgomery campus for fall with a 7.68!

There are two ways to create a special area for your cohort, that are Terms-of-Service approved.

One is to create a facebook page.  This link is allowed to be posted.

The other is to create a "Club" within the site, by clicking on the Breakroom link (upper left-hand corner, in the yellow bar) and in the green area, click Start a Breakroom Club.

Hi everyone.

So I am applying to lone star and hcc for fall 2021. I have taken all my courses through hcc though.

I have A's in all my pre reqs (God is Great)

Got a 93.50 overall HESI

im applying with a 7.7

Nice!! What campus are you applying to for Lonestar? I will hopefully be at Montgomery.

Hi everyone,

This is my 2nd time applying. I didn't get in for Spring because my score was a 7.20 something so I retook my English class to bump my score up. 

I'm applying with a 7.76 and 1000 critical thinking to (in order of preference) NH, Montgomery, and Tomball.

I'm leaning more towards Montgomery now.. I've heard good things about them but I'm really not sure. Tomball is furthest from the 3 and Cyfair was out of the question because I'd have to drive an hour going and coming back.

Montgomery is notoriously harder to get it, but your score is solid. I don’t know how many people are accepted but it’s something like 40.

I'm applying with a 7.504 ? hope its good enough to get in. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and have a 3 year old so I don't really have the energy to retake theHESI which is what pulled my score down. I have an 88 on my HESI and a 970 on CT.

Just make sure you apply to all campuses! A 7.5 is still a good score- you just might not get into Montgomery.
