Lone Star College 2021 LVN-RN Transition

Hello,

I've recently applied to Lone Star College transition program for T, NH, & M with a score of 7.504. Last year I was placed on the alternate list with a score of 6.9. I'm hoping this time I will get accepted. Has anyone applied yet? If so what is your score and the locations you applied to?

Has anyone applied for the 2022 transition? I started a post but no one has responded. I’m wondering and debating if I need to retake the HESI. I have a score of 7.456 and have Tomball as my first choice. Anyone looking at applying 2022 if so what is your score?
