Lone Star College 2020 LVN to RN transition

Since 2019 transition passed, I wanted to start one for next period. I am taking Pharmacology at NH for Thurs from 11am-2pm. Anyone in the past transition program and want to share some information, please do! Anyone applying for next summer, Hello!! ?

I can't really speak much to that. Depends on too many different factors to be consistent sxhool to school, year to year. I will say this though, if you are selected as an alternate, take it just as seriously as an acceptance and have all your ducks in a row.

Letter show it was sent at 10:58 AM. Every week there is something to do and there's a Mandatory Webex Orientation Meeting this Thursday, 05/14. All Castle Branch stuff due by June 15 and letter wrote we can start doing Physical now. But everything else wait until Orientation meeting. All feels so fast!...

Mine was email.... letter = email in Lonestar acct.

I got accepted into North Harris as well! I’m kinda dizzy from all that has to be done, but I’m grateful/thankful to have been offered a seat into the program. Let the chaos begin!! ?
