2017 Lone Star ADN Hopefuls

Hi there!!!! So I have been reading the "Hopefuls" forums from previous years and decided that it is time to start our own. I believe that this is a great way to support each other and compare our HESI scores. So here we come, all of the Lone Star students who are planning on applying for the ADN program please share your scores. I am applying to Kingwood for the spring semester 2017. My HESI score is 7.45 and I am a little bit worried that this could be not enough. :sorry: :down:

Has any alternates been accepted yet? If so what was your score?

I haven't heard anything yet. Score is 7.0, I will post on here if I do. Someone got a call recently from NH with a 7.02.

HAVE your gotten the email about the fast pass criminal records check/fingerprinting for BON? I haven't !

Hello everyone!! Since Ive been going back and forth.. stressing out lol

I have a question for yall, Currently:

I have and A in APII and a B in ENGL 1301 (with and A in 1302 smh)

My first hesi made an 88 with crit thinking 910. (will be retaking the hesi for higher score)

My question is would you all take english again???

I dont want to be on the alternate list... i'm too old to wait any longer lol

@Dperez0113 where do you want to apply? It is really up to you. Right now your point is 7.02/8. If you retake and you work your butt off for an A then your point would be 7.5. If I really wanted to get into a program I personally would retake the class so my points are higher. I retook english in a minimester and received an A. I was accepted to Cyfair with a 7.58/8.

OR

Try to get accepted with a 7.0. There were some people who did get accepted to NH with a 7.0.

Hi, new here I am on the alternate list with a 6.98, my choices are North Harris, Montgomery, Tomball. Did anyone go to the orientation today? There was alot of information.

I was there. I was kinda shocked at how many people were there. I wish they would give an idea of where we are on the list.
