  3. Same here, I'm a clinic assistant for 3 different campuses... after Harvey one of my campuses has a 12 page report that I managed to reduce to 6 pages. I've sent letters, called parents, searched for maybe missing records in the registrar's office. registrar is new as is the nurse, i'm the only staff member that has been around for awhile so they look to me for advice. I hate to say it but i'm only an assistant. How do I help her understand these missing records etc cant wait til I get there! ( only there once a week)

  6. Anyone understand the statement under influenza in CastleBranch?? It says: "Submit documentation of a flu shot administered during the current flu season. Date received must be dated after August 1 and before October 1 to gain approval. Documentation MUST indicate that the vaccination you received is from a batch for the current flu season." They date already passed..... I'm assuming the date will pushed back since the everything else has been pushed back?? What do yall think?

  11. So I emailed kingwood and cyfair at the same time and both responded. (I had to resubmit bc ferpa form was outdated, i hit submit again and was worried they didnt recieve the correct one). Kingwood: Your application was received and completed. We have your correct FERPA form on file. Cyfair: when your application is reviewed and accepted, you will then receive an email confirming this So "reviewed and accepted" means actuall accepted into the program? or applying and getting confirmation? Hmmm...??? Any advice?
  12. Has anyone had success at contacting the CyFair location nursing Dept.? I submitted my application, and received an email from Hagele saying my FERPA form was outdated... so i re uploaded it. Hit submit again. But I have yet to get a confirmation email or email back from her stating they received the new form.... Can anyone help me with this?? Thanks
  13. When did you apply?? I have received nothing. the first time i submitted, nothing. i received an email from Hagele saying my FERPA form was outdated. So i revised and uploaded correct one. and hit submit again. Still no email. I sure hope they received my new info!!! I've called and emailed and no response.
