2017 Lone Star ADN Hopefuls

Hi there!!!! So I have been reading the "Hopefuls" forums from previous years and decided that it is time to start our own. I believe that this is a great way to support each other and compare our HESI scores. So here we come, all of the Lone Star students who are planning on applying for the ADN program please share your scores. I am applying to Kingwood for the spring semester 2017. My HESI score is 7.45 and I am a little bit worried that this could be not enough. :sorry: :down:

So the application deadline has officially passed... now all we can do is wait!! Based on past forums, they usually send out e-mails of acceptance/denial like late April. I'm so scared!!!

My score is a 7.68 overall... first choice Tomball. I think @mattk and @mgf826 also chose Tomball.. good luck to y'all!!

Anyone else with Tomball as their first pick?

I just applied for august 2017, Has anyone taken the HESI in addition to critical thinking? A woman at the testing center said they look at critical thinking scores first. Can anyone confirm?

I believe they look at critical thinking as the first tie breaker but the overall acceptance is based on points you have. Where are you applying?

Jumping right in at the last minute. I'm so nervous last year waitlisted people found out on the fourth I keep checking and thinking that news is good news. So nervous í ½í¸³í ½í¸–

Good morning, I have a question. I would like to know what your nursing schedule looks like? I can't seem to obtain any real answers from the schools. I understand about being flexible however I would like a more helpful answer. Thank you.
