LIU Brooklyn Spring 2018

Hello did not see a thread for LIU brooklyn winter/spring 2018. Has anyone applied yet? if so what was your experience? Anyone have been accepted already?

Yes we definitely will do this together :) I rather be in groups than solo anyways!

I've taken so much lol I'm getting my AA after this semester. Life span, into to psychology, all my sciences ect... that's great that you went over! I hope to do so to get that out the way. Are you guys from NYC?

Yes, it would be a great idea to form a group. I am a loner, but one student explained to me that she began studying on her own, but found it more affective when studying with a group because it actually sticks in you memory.

Oh awesome!! I'm from Miami but my bf his also from bklyn-ny he moved here a year ago but most of his buisness is up there so that's why I applied for schools in NY.

And yes positive vibes only!! Did you guys try NYU as well?

Well if you plan to come to NYC, brace yourself and buy a nice warm coat and a pair of boots...the way this weather been, you never know;) but you will love NYC despite of the cold weather.

I applied to several schools, including NYU.

I think what I am most excited about is seeing the seasons change !!! You don't see that here and it's lame lol.

Yes! That's one of the things I love about NYC...the diversity in people, food, and weather:)

Yes, NYU is a tad more, when it comes to tuition.

Same here! I am checking my email obsessively. I decided not to apply to NYU because the tuition is even more outrageous than LIU which already steep for me.

I also understand about you going part time. I work part time and will try to attend full time but if I feel overwhelmed I will drop down to part time.

I just called the admissions to ask a question about the TEAS and was told they did not start reviewing applications for the Spring yet. It seems like no one is on the same page at that school...

What???? That is nuts. My admissions better not be a mistake lol. That is nuts. Someone said they started reviewing early this month....

or maybe they say that so students do not call so much? who knows
