Just do a search if you are interested in centers there. There have already been many threads on this same topic so no need to repeat the information here.
We also recommend that you do the review on your own, and suggest that you check out the NCLEX Forum that we have here for more suggestions on how to prepare.
The majority of the instructors in Manila and surrounding areas that are preparing nurses for the NCLEX exam have never even worked in the US, nor have taken the exam, or any of them.

How come Filipino nurses are taking the nclex? isnt that a bit irrelevant? since its a california license? just a question...

If the nurse is looking at working in the US and California then they have to sit the NCLEX like anyone else. For a nurse to work as a nurse in the US regardless on state the NCLEX has to be passed as well as other requirements

The best NCLEX review centers in my opinion are (in no particular order):
Rachell Allen
Allgen
Universal Worker
CENE
Evoke Learning
All of these review centers use updated material with live lectures given by NCLEX passing USRNs with Clinical Experience in the USA.

all located in metro manila right?! thanks!
Yes:
Rachell Allen - Ortigas (Raffle's Plaza) and Taft Ave (near Pedro Gil station)
Allgen - TM Kalaw (Near Manila Doctor's Hospital in the Kalaw Building)
Universal Worker - I know it has a few locations but the only one I could point you to for certain is in Quezon City on Quezon Ave in the same building with STI college and right next to a SOGO hotel
CENE - Morayta, not far from FEU entrance in the Consuelo building. They have NCLEX review on seasonal schedules since they mainly focus on NLE but don't let that fool you, they have a solid program.
Evoke Learning - Used to be in Morayta but they moved, the main class is in Alabang but I think they also have one in Ortigas.
I also recently learned about A Plus Nursing Tutorial. The NCLEX classes there are taught by a very prestigious USRN who has worked as a nurse educator in the USA and in the Philippines and she handles all the NCLEX lectures.
They are located in Makati.
Hope this helps!
