I called Palomar I think last week and although it doesn't list RN Grad Residency Program jobs they hire New Grads all year long. HR said just look for New Grad Nurse Specialty or something like that in the job opening section if it is listed then New Grads are considered for those positions.
Thanks a lot Gem0607 :)

Me too! Which area do you prefer? I live around Bay Area and would like to work here. But I haven't found any luck yet. So I'm trying out on Southern California.

I'm in SoCal. It is just so depressing not having a job. I've applied as far as La Jolla, Loma Linda, and Orange Co around here. I am looking every where but I can't just up and move because my hubs is in the mil we are apart enough so I am not trying to take a job too far.
I completely understand you. I don't like to relocate as well. But it's a little tough right now landing a job! I hope we get lucky and be hired soon! Godbless. :)

Me too. If I knew it would have been like this I would have stayed back in my home state and got a year of experience then moved with him to CA. God has a plan so I'm just going to try and stay patient. God bless you as well.
