Hello everyone! I am a new RN grad getting ready for my first interview and while preparing I stumbled upon many great links to questions. I read through the forum and didn't find that many questions so I wanted to share these links! I know practicing some questions will relieve anxiety and help me be better prepared.
This link has many ??? specifically towards nursing:

http://www.best-job-interview.com/nursing-interview-questions.html

Not directly about nursing but about answering tricky behavioral questions:

Your Welcome!! I hope it could help some people out! I just accepted my first nursing job!! Getting the interview opportunity is the hardest part I think. Once you get that chance to interview you have got to go in there and do awesome so it's better to prepare like you would for a test or something similar! This is true at least in my area because I applied for several jobs but was only called back for two interviews at two separate hospitals. Fortunately was offered a position at both places! :) If you don't get offered a job after an interview just think of it as practice!! You know next time what do do and not to do the next round. I can say I didn't read through ALL the questions in the links but it was good to think about how you would respond to at least a good amount.

Thank you! I just spent the morning at Barnes and Noble looking thru interview books - and thats exactally what it is like - preparing for a test - and that is how I am handling it. I hope I go in there with confidence tomorrow knowing that I prepared
myself the best I could. Much appreciated!
