Licensing contingent upon receiving school transcripts?

I am just curious. Anyone know if school would have to send transcripts to BON b/4 a license is issued. Just trying to figure out how long is going to take to receive my license.

I thought transcripts had to be received and reviewed by BON before they give permission to sit the exam?

Thank u very much silverdragon for responding to my question. My name showed up this morning. To everyone waiting on their result or preparing for their nclex exam; just pray and believe in yourself, I am hoping that victory will be yours at last. This is definitely a dream come true.
