License transfer from one state to another state

Dear All,

This is with regards to my query regarding the above subject,. Currently staying in India and Passed Nclex exam from Vermont state board- License. The status is active now. . We are planning to come and settle in Texas shortly .So my question is regarding transfer from Vermont to Texas state board process, Which are the documents required to complete this transfer process from Vermont to Texas state board once i reached there. Please share step by step procedures to complete the same.

Look up endorsement on the BON website. Be aware as a International trained nurse you are usually required to go through similar process as if applying initially so may need to send a CES report to them if you have one already done
