Letters of Acceptance to Golden West College?

Hi there...anyone receive their letters to take the TEAS V for Golden West College for Fall 2011? Thought I would start a thread for those of us who did and may have questions for each other.

I had this bad feeling in my gut, so I called again. The woman I spoke to this time said acceptance letters for Spring 2012 should be going out this week. :)

She said after that one mass mailing will be sent out in May for alternates.

I was feeling lucky and asked if she could check to see what my personal status was, but she said she wouldn't be willing to do searches like that until all the mailings had been sent out. Shucks! It was worth a shot. Anyway, this news puts me in much better spirits and the feeling in my tummy has eased. Good luck to us all!

After reading your fist post I was like WHAT!!!! Glad that we both called to verify the correct info. Good luck to everyone!

Yay!! There's still a chance!!! :yeah: I knew there was too many people to be on the alternate list. It seemed like all the people I have talked to hadn't got anything at all. So I was like wow, that's a lot of alternates! haha :D

Dear God, THANK YOU! I'm back to praying for Spring 2012 Acceptance instead of top of alternate list ;) I'll be remembering all you dedicated nursing hopefuls on this blog in my prayers :)

So I just went to the updates website and noticed they changed "letters of conditional admittance" to "Fall 2011 letters of conditional admittance." This further shows that spring 2012 conditional admittance have not been mailed out:) I wish they would have stated that from the beginning though!:eek:

I too am glad I have not received a rejection letter, but I am feeling so impatient. This is my third try. I will get in...I will get in. I got accepted. (not true yet =)

Well.....the nursing website states that they have mailed out Spring 2012 acceptance letters. Alternates won't get a letter till sometime in May. I didn't receive anything in today's mail, so will see what tomorrow holds.

No tears yet! I believe someone in this thread said they were mailed today...chances are you wouldn't receive it today if it wasn't even sent until today. :) Don't hit the panic button until around Wednesday or Thursday.
