Ha that must have been my prob too! I had called and it is scheduled May 11th but I may take it prior at a different school to get it done. I have finals near that time in my Pharmacology class. :-) Good luck to everyone. I took TEAS 4 and did well so I am hoping it is pretty easy to get over the 62%....

Just wanted to let you know the TEAS 5 is supposedly much different from the TEAS 4. I never took the TEAS 4, but I used the study guide for it and I didn't feel like it prepared me for the TEAS 5 (which I took in February) very much at all. I don't think the TEAS 5 is harder per se, but I hear the science is more specific on it. Heavy on the chemistry, micro, anatomy and physiology and none of the geology from previous editions.

Yes, totally agreed. I took TEAS 4 in Jan...and I took one of the online diag tests for TEAS 5 last night and it is def more heavy in science. I scored lower on the online diag test this time...still in passing range but I def know I need to brush up more on Chem, etc. before I take the test again.

Thank you for your help! I was racking my brain trying to figure out what i was doing wrong. I registered for May 13. I took the Teas 4 Nov. 2009 and passed when was on the alternate list for Spring 2010--didn't make it in then but was finally "conditionally" accepted for Fall 2011 after three rounds of applying. AND I was in the GWC Nursing Program in 2002! Had to withdraw to have a baby. Sooo much has changed since then to say the least. Thanks again!

I'm a bit confused now. I haven't received anything from GWC. I'm assuming this means I didn't get accepted. What other letters would they need to send out, besides alternate letters... I am guessing the last two rounds of letters will be alternate and rejection letters. Any insight?

I called a little while ago and the woman I spoke with told me all the admittance letters had been sent out and only alternate and not-selected letters are left. She said things are complicated and those won't be sent out for about a month. She also told me she did not know which group anyone would be in and we just have to wait.

I'm wondering the same thing... Fall and Spring letters have been sent? Seems like almost everyone who has received a letter, did so for fall. Anybody get a Spring letter? This waiting is driving me crazy! This will be application 8 and 9 for me. My prereq's r expiring as we speak. Congrats to all of you that were chosen. It's really great news.

I asked that as well, but the woman I spoke to couldn't, or wouldn't, elaborate. She only insisted all conditional admittance letters were sent out and all that's left is alternate and not-selected letters. She said there is no way to tell who is in what group yet.

I called and spoke with the woman in the Nursing Dept today, she informed me that only 1/2 of the conditional admittance letters were sent out. They're still working to sending out the rest.
