i think no body is interested in this so i will put the answer my self .
The Correct Answers are: A, D, and E.
A is correct because . Giving stool softeners orally every day or a cathartic suppository at least half an hour before the selected defecation time can assist with bowel training.
D is CORRECTbecause of Choosing a time in the client’s pattern to initiate defecation control measures is appropriate. Clients can be encouraged to sit on the toilet about 30 minutes after a meal, whether or not they feel the urge to defecate.
E is CORRECT because Instructing the client to lean forward at the hips while sitting on the toilet, to apply manual pressure with the hands over the abdomen, and to bear down but not strain can assist with stimulating colon emptying.

This is a wonderful resource! Thank you, RN-joy!
Yes this is a very good idea!
I felt like half my test was SATA!
(I wish I was joking). But I passed with 75questions and you guys can too! :)
Tips that helped me:
You must have knowledge on core content. There is no way around it. I used Hurst and Saunders. Also when you are taking the exam, please read carefully. I can't stress this enough.
Lastly, you must pick at least two but never all the answers (Hurst tip).
Best of luck to all.
