Hello, everyone applying to Lehman's BSN/ABSN programs for Fall 2018!

I am currently working on my application and will very soon take HESI. I know application period does not start until January 1, but I thought I would create a thread so we could get in touch and support each other on the way to (keeping fingers crossed!) being accepted!

Sorry, guys, but I have to vent.

I have been patiently waiting on my uniform to arrive by FedEx. I have been checking the tracking number every single day. This morning it said it was out for delivery. So, I have been home all day. A few moments ago I checked the website and it said the package has been delivered. I am, of course, furious! I did not even hear the buzz. Whatever, I am coming down to hopefully see the package sit on the steps in the hallway. Nope! Nothing. They did not even leave "We missed You!" notice! I am beyond livid. The post office is now closed so I have to carry this heavy load on my chest until tomorrow. I wish I could just meet the $%^& who decided not to deliver my package, or even worse, keep it for themselves! Ugh...

I would keep my calm for now and see tomorrow. There were times mine has said the same thing with no package, and then it mysteriously arrived the next day. I feel like sometimes the system glitches or they make a mistake. Do you live in an apartment building?

That's happened to me before. I'll check the status and the package will say delivered and the person either drops it off after the time on the site or it's sitting on my building steps the next day. Check again before the night's out. You never know.

Thank you all for commenting! Minutes after I posted on here I got the buzz. Apparently, my package was delivered to the wrong address. Long story short, a good samaritan brought it to me.

Look into CPR123!!! I always renew my BLS with this company. Check them out on Yelp too! Awesome rates and the instructors are amazing!

Well, it fits fine around the shoulders. But I thought it would be 100% cotton. It feels a bit weird.

As far as shoes, I also wonder would they care which brand/designer we buy from? I mean, Reebok, Nike and Adidas have cool looking white shoes.

The orientation packet says no sneakers or clogs. You may only be able to find sneakers under the Reebok, Nike, and Adidas brands. Look for slip ons...

No sneakers or clogs ! It limits our options to slip ons and these shoes I found online, that I just might purchase.
