   I delivered my documents and left certain things blank that she'll have to answer herself. The secretary advised me to leave them blank and that's what I did.

   Hello everyone. I was in the office today and asked about our uniforms. I was told we only wear our uniform for clinical (this includes on-canpus lab), not for lecture.

   Can they send the order for the shot to another facility? My doctor sent the order for one of mine to my local walgreens and I got it there.

    I know it was stated at orientation to not go asking around if anyone has heard about our schedules, but I'm asking anyway. Have any of you heard? It would give the rest of us an idea if we'll be receiving anything soon.

    Hey. I already handed in all my paperwork. It was checked and was not told to purchase the liability insurance.

    My doctor filled out all the pages that said had to be filled by her and she also printed all documentation of the titres for vaccines.
