Hey gang- I was just looking over all the documents we're required to submit the first day of orientation.

Health Clearance Form=check

CastleBranch Documents=check

CPR=check

.....Malpractice = ???? This is the one I'm not sure about. On the "documents req for clinical placement & performance" sheet it's said that "all rn-bs AND NURSING STUDENTS" are required to submit this document. Hmmm....I'd rather not spend the $$$ if I don't have to.

Any thoughts?

Did I miss any other documents that are to be handed in next Wednesday?

See y'all soon!

Malpractice is only required for RN that are getting their bachelor degree

I thought we Had to submit everything by August 13th.

Does anyone know what happens if we fail the dosage test? Are we kicked out or do we get to retake?

For current students, how was the test?

If you fail the test you can retake it but keep in mind that you need to pass it before classes begin.

Does anyone know how much generic tuition is for one semester? Also which clinical shoes might someone recommend?

Clinical clothing will be in the package. The name badge has to be ordered at the school bookstore. Pants have to be white and you can pick them up anywhere. Shirt is through a site in the package. Make sure you pick up white socks only. They complain when they see other colors.

If anyone needs any help or any information just email me @ [email protected]. I am a current Generic student at Lehman. Good Luck to everyone

Hi,

- Regarding Health clearance, yes I think you are right. It is the one on Lehman website.

I think we are supposed to submit all documents prior to first day of class. Please have a look on check list given in orientation packet:

**************

Check List

Please read the attached material carefully. Some of it is dated and requires your immediate response or advanced planning.

The following areas need to be completed prior to the first day of class:

**************

- I have bought all required textbooks verifying editions and ISBN number and pretty cheap from ebay and amazon.

- I am going to place order of Littmann Classic III, name pin, and uniform next week.

There are PDF versions so you won’t have to pay for any books. If your interested.
