Lehman College Fall 2019 Admissions

Any one accepted with 3.57 (3.6) science GPA? To lehman im finishing up my first degree and want to do the accelerated/generic program for fall 2019.

I got a B in AP2

A in AP1

CHEM114/115 B and B-; [i]I transferred in with these and seeing the science classes at Lehman are much easier

Im aiming for A's in Micro and chem120/121

And to score high on the HESI, im already studying

This summer i completed 4 classes on top of AP2 receiving a A and a 3.9 gpa cumulative i would hope my determination and record will help, im a little nervous about applying next year

Hey gang, I'm really looking forward to meeting you all at Orientation in July! Speaking of Orientation, I believe we'll be taking a dosage calculation test. How are you all going to prepare for this test. Math has always been my nemesis and I'd like to prepare as much as possible.

Sitting down with the orientation package dosage part, and like combing through every sentence because I feel you on math not being my friend so much.

I found I relied heavily on dimensional analysis that I learned while in chem to convert mg - mcg and vice versa as the wording in the orientation package wasn't the best for me to understand (like multiplying the inside numbers then multiplying the outside numbers).

I also plan on making flashcards for the conversions we need to know, like 30ml=1oz part etc, when all else fails use youtube and there were also links to some videos in the orientation packet too. Keep us posted, GL!

Hey guys, for our health clearance since the link from the package is broken I assume it’s just the one on the Lehman website.

do we have to give that in on the day of orientation?

Did anyone order their stethoscope yet, which one did u get?

Lastly, did you order all of your books yet?

- Regarding Health clearance, yes I think you are right. It is the one on Lehman website.

I think we are supposed to submit all documents prior to first day of class. Please have a look on check list given in orientation packet:
