Legacy RN Residency February 2020

Hey Everyone!

I recently interviewed with Legacy with my first choice being in L&D at Legacy Salmon Creek. I’m anxiously waiting for a call for a second interview and was wondering if anyone has heard back yet!

Hi Sarahd79,

I have not heard back yet. Little disappointed that this part of the process isn't more transparent. Its hard waiting knowing they have until January to give you a second interview! I don't want to be impatient but I am starting to apply for other jobs. Still holding out hope for second interviews at the Legacy NICU or Oregon Burn Center. Good luck!

Hey LeGOmyFUEGO,

Yeah I agree with they were more direct with their process, however I have found that a lot of residencies tend to do this. It’s always good to have backups though. Hopefully they will contact us soon. Good luck!

Hi guys!

I haven't heard anything either. I interviewed with NICU and medical specialties. The suspense is killing me! I also started to apply at other jobs. If anyone hears back please let us know!

Hey guys! Just received a call from Legacy Emmanuel medical specialties for a second interview! The interview is this Thursday, any tips or advice to prepare is much appreciated.

Congrats! I interviewed there but haven’t heard anything back, wasn’t my best interview though. Anyways from what I heard is that they will reuse the questions they used in the interview and then the rest do the questions are pretty generalized. I would just say practice with mock interviews!

Sarahd79 how long have you been waiting? I thought I didn't do well with my first round interviews and I got a call so you never know ?

I’ve been waiting since the first round of interviews and haven’t heard anything. I’m hoping to get a call soon. ?

Hey, congrats! I had my 2nd interview last week but I still haven’t heard back yet. Did they tell you when you’ll hear back or get references requests?

RnLz123 Hey congrats to you too! I was told they would let candidates know before Christmas. But that was for medical specialties, I think it depends on where you applied. I actually got an email today for references so it depends on the unit and their availability. They do have until mid January according to the paper we got on our first round interviews. But I hope you hear back sooner than that!
