I'm down to my last pre-reqs...met with a counselor, she said my grades are great and i should get in, but I'm worried about Pol Sci. I need an A and it is so not my thing. I'd hate to have my dreams crushed for politics, ugh. Just had my first test, i chose essay format. I think i did OK, but waiting for my results is going to ruin my weekend. I miss science:crying2:. One thing I have learned so far by choosing nursing is how much I LOVE science classes no matter how frustrating the amount of work may be.
What was your least favorite pre-req?
I had a class that was called Science and Culture in the Western Tradition. It turned out to be eight weeks of long, boring videos featuring a narrator who spent most of the shows bashing the Catholic Church in every way possible.
In those days, I wasn't particularly militant about my religion, but I was totally offended by this content, and wrote a letter to the administration complaining about the class........in which I pulled an "A", even though I didn't show up for the last half of the term. I turned in a term paper and got full credit for the course, which was probably the best thing I could've done because I really thought I might come to verbal blows with the professor. Phooey.
I loved Pol Sci- That was an easy A for me. Honestly didn't even study for that class. Our prof was great though, he made the class interesting and fun. I took it during the 08 election so we had a lot of discussions about what was going on. Lots of great debates.
But to answer your question, my least fave would have to be Math Modeling

Ha! I have to laugh at this post. My husband is a political science professor. I'm so glad my school doesn't require it!
My least favorite pre-req was statistics, by far! I don't even want to hear the "S" word!
