But I HIGHLY recommend the book "Hardwiring Excellence" by Quint Studer. I'm pretty sure you can buy it in Kindle format, if that's what you were asking.

Not a nursing book, but an excellent leadership book, "the no @sshole rule" by Robert I sutton. It isn't vulgar, and explains why no other word will work in place of that one. It's my favorite. He also wrote "good boss, bad boss".

On the off chance your gender is male: Man Up: A practical guide for men in nursing. Published in 2013, it has a leadership tone and could also be useful for a leadership oriented female because it discusses where and how nursing is headed.

I have a sample chapter of this book on kindle and it is excellent so far. I purchased a hard copy of the book on half.com for $5 (including shipping), the kindle version was around $23. Now I am waiting for my copy to come by snail mail. I am looking forward to reading it.
