Hey guys I was wondering if anyone recently has taken the Leadership ATI and how it was and if they had any tips on how to do well on the test? Thanks:)

I took it last semester. Know prioritization, delegation (what you can delegate to a CNA and LPN, which patients you would see first.) There is also some questions about leadership styles and management responsibilities. See if you can get the codes for the practice tests. Those will give you a good idea of what the test will be like.

I will not kid you. Many considered it difficult--right up there with the med/surg ATI. For the prioritization questions, it requires you to know many of the med/surg concepts so that you can identify the patient in the most need. The book is this skinny little thing, but you should have a good patient care knowledge base to do well.
I was a very good student, and I made Level 3 on all the ATIs. Except one. Leadership. The previous poster is spot on with the focus of the test. Do the practice tests, and that will give you a good idea on the types of questions on the proctored exam. Read the book, but the test is not really something you can study for. Just do lots and lots of priority questions and read rationales.
