Landed a Care Manager Position!

I'm so excited about this. I posted here a couple months ago about going through an (very long) interview process for a Care coordinator position only to be told I didn't get the job. That happened again a month later when I went though another long interview process (three interviews and a job shadow) for a Liberty Mutual case management position. I was extremely discouraged and decided to just start looking into patient care positions but I ran across a Care Manager posting for another major insurance company and just applied for the heck of it. Well I got a call a couple weeks later, interviewed, and found out I got the job today.

I just wanted to share my excitement with al of you!

Congratulations! I hope to be joining you. I've been a nurse for over 10 years, and I am ready to get into case management. Keep us posted as to how you are enjoying your new position.

I definitely will. I've been trying to get out of patient care for a couple years so I hope that I enjoy it as much as I think I will.
