Lady of the Lake Accelerated ASN

Hi. I am very interested in the accelerated ASN program at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge. Can anyone give me any information on this program? I've seen the information that is available online. However, I am looking for information from experienced insiders such as: getting accepted, true level of difficulty, etc. This will be a major career change for me, and I do not want to make a bad decision. I have a 3.6 gpa from SLU w/ AA in OSH and BA in Gen Studies. I consider myself a capable, hard working student but all I have heard is HORROR stories.

I called BR and they said Friday so who knows. Either way you should get yours today, tomorrow, or Wednesday by the latest. I'm nervous, but ready to find out. If they went out Friday we could know today. What time does your mail come?

Uhhhh this is so nerve racking! The mail usually comes around 11-12, but my husband has out mail key lol. He won't be home for lunch until around 1 or 2, but I've already emailed him and made him just as nervous as I am, so I'm sure he'll be checking when he gets back!

Do you know about the other campuses? This is so annoying, I have some many what-ifs like the rest of you, there are pressing decisions that need answers and I can't respond because I'm waiting!

As always I will continue to wait and update if I hear anything!

If you call the BR campus, they can tell you. When I called, they asked me which campus I was asking about. Call and see! 225-768-1700!

I called for Tulane and they said that decisions haven't been made yet. Sorry :(

No problem. But don't stress too much. Just a few weeks ago the BR campus was saying the same thing and now letters have been mailed out! Good luck!
