For those of you that used the LaCharity book, how did you use the book to study for the NCLEX-RN. Did you just do the questions and not the case studies? Are the case studies helpful for the NCLEX at all. Please reponse! Inputs will be really appreciated
I practiced answering the questions twice, and the case studies too!
That was helpful in brushing up my critical thinking on prioritization which has a big part in my exam.
The first time I was answering it, my scores are way very low, and the second time it has progress. Then after my exam, I realized, this book helped me a lot!I was only using Saunder's 4th ed and LaCharity.
shiinaRn can u give me facts about calculation? I graduated 3 yrs ago and now im doing saunders and answering questions. most of them I encounter doest have any calculation. thanks and congrats
butching15,
There's a lot of practice calculations in the Saunder's CD,on the study portion.
I tried to answer 50 to 100/day whenever I have time.
