LAC+USC interview new grad RN

Hey guys, I have a question. I had an interview with LAC+USC and received a letter that I passed the oral exam. I read in the letter that they are going to contact me if positions open up. I am a new grad RN. Have you been in my situation? How long does it take until they call you? Do we have another interview after the oral interview or this is it? Please share your experience with me..thank you

Just finished interviews for psych and m/s hopefully i get a call from either one. Still wasn't confident with my answers but the questions were not really that hard to begin with. I'm just hoping one will call i really need a job :bluecry1:

LAC+USC do not have a new grad program. Olive View (another county hospital) does.

No. I already have a job with the county.

can you be general if you can and just tell me more or less what the questions may be? or perhaps just an idea of what I should be aware of. I am scheduled for my first interview and nervous as hell. i have waited for almost a year and would hate to screw it all up for being nervous and will die if i do and wasted all that time for nothing :(

No, nothing yet. Have you? I've heard the process can take 3 - 6 months.

Fliptobenurse: I think we interviewed the same day...I may have seen you haha On May 10th, in the morning around 10am? I had two interviews on May 10th, both for med-surg, and one on the 14th for ER. Nothing yet. I spoke with --------------- the Nurse recruiter and she said they are still interviewing but to keep following up. Has anyone else interviewed lately? or has anyone been contacted? :) I'm getting anxious haha

I got an offer from College Hospital in Cerritos and going to start in July so I think Im going to forget about county if they do decided to call me
