Hello! I applied for the Fall 2020 cycle at Pierce, unfortunatlly due to the coronavirus the TEAS test was cancelled. I just wanted for people going through the same thing and for new applicants to have a place for to discuss their application process. How's everyone’s doing?

But I believe it takes weeks for antibodies to show up on a titer so I’m not sure I’ll be able to show I’m immune to it by the start of classes. I’m hoping they’ll be understanding of that if I provide proof of re vaccination.
Yeah I wasn’t immune to hep b so I had to start the three series of vaccines. I asked the nursing program and she said as long as I upload proof of the first vaccination then I should be fine. Just make sure to get the titer after your series of vaccinations.

So I did a CNA program awhile back.. and I was in the exact same position as you! I needed a few vaccines and then prove immunity after with titers also. My professors at that other school were totally fine with it as long as I showed proof I got vaccinated and was in the process of being immune. I’m sure these professors will be the same! ? also I doubt we will be in hospitals anytime soon so you’ll be immune anyway before then too

Yay good! I’m glad it worked out ☺️ All of the things we need to get done is a lot and stressful LOL

I got mine back on Friday and she said I’m immune to everything so I didn’t need further vaccines. But just show proof that you got vaccinated like with the flu shot and they’ll totally be fine with it! As long as you’re vaccinated you’re good! ☺️
