LA County College of Nursing & Allied Health Spring 2019

Hi. I created this thread for those applying to LA County College of Nursing & Allied Health for the Spring of 2019. The online application opened up today (7/1/18) on their website. Is anyone else having trouble adding a College selection on the Education portion of it? I have also reserved a seat for their information workshop on July 3rd at 4pm. Anyone else attending??

Is the 68 points after you add in the points for the teas score? Congrats on the great teas score btw!

Nope! See I knew I was doing it wrong! Haha lemme look at the thing again. That was just pre-req grades and volunteer experience.

88 if you add the 20 for first time high TEAS! What were previous cut offs?

That's awesome! I think the cut off last time was between 78-82 for lowest scores. You might have a very good chance! I'm at 81 so I'm hoping to get in. Did you apply anywhere else?

@jenlovespugs That is an amazing TEAS score! Way to go! I just added up my points, I am at 80 (or 82 depending on the Humanities course) with a 87.3% TEAS. This month is going by so slowly!

I also applied at LACC, LAVC, LAPC, GCC, Trade Tech, aaaaand at CSUN for their ABSN. I already have a bachelors degree so I'm hoping for the ABSN but this is my 2nd choice!

LACONAH is my first choice but I've applied at a few back ups as well. Is this your first round applying?

At CONAH, yes! I hope we find out on the first because this is killing me!

Mid December?! I know they will have to notify us at least by the end of the year.

Urgh me too! Mid December is crazy since all these other schools have started notifying people!
