Kuwait MOH

Published

Hi,

I am new to this site and I found it very informative. This would be my first post. I would just like to know if anybody on this board wrote the Kuwait MOH exam last March 18 in PICC? I believe there were 3 agencies who facilitated the exam and interview. In my case I passed the exam and was interviewed by the Kuwait MOH delegates last March 24 at Diamond Hotel- Manila. The agency called me up informing me that I passed the interview and wait for further instructions for the next step. I would just like to hear how many of us are awaiting for possible deployment to Kuwait and any update as to your case will be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks.

thank u for very informative thread since i plan applying for kuwait... im a registered nurse for quite 3 yers now...

hi guys! just started my medical exam today. after blood extraction my friends and i had to take a taxi to another building inside al sabah complex for the chest xray. the building is a bit far from the blood extraction building. for those who are about to start their medical exam please bring umbrellas with you and bring some food you can munch on while processing your papers. sometimes waiting could take like forever..for those who are still waiting for their tickets, have a bit more patience. the moh auditorium is so crowded most of the time because of the sheer volume of people (specially indians) who are processing their papers. keep on praying guys!

to those who take the exam last october 10, what are the coverage of the exam is it easy or hard? thank you for the reply

@avengers.. expect the unexpected in the MOH exam.. the moh had different sets of 30items exam.. some are easy and some are not.. mine is a bit easy.. topics include basic ana/phy, basic bedside care and pathophysiology..

@rochie rmb .. tnx roch for the info by the way what do you mean pathophysiology ? is the exam situational? or more theoretical?

Fit to work, contract signed, PDOS done. Just a little more wait "ku-WAIT"

wow! congratulations dinx.

praying we'll be next in line :)

Thanks lexin.net. We're very much overdue waiting for "ku-WAIT". Nevertheless, we're happy to have this chance. I think we're the last group of MOH-hired (March 2011 batch) waiting for deployment.

you're welcome dinx.

anyone who passed the october exam and interview for kuwait?any tip for the interview questions? thanks thanks!

hey dinx, congrats.

Thanks they.see.

I thought that I was done with my medicals. I was in Manila almost the whole week last week (From Sunday until Friday). I did my medicals last Monday (Oct. 17). Everything was ok except for a slight WBC elevation in my urinalysis and the clinic's attending physician ruled in it was UTI. I was able to know the result Thursday (Oct 20) and I was told to report back to the clinic for treatment. By then I already booked a plane ticket going home (Mindanao) thinking that I have no problem with the medicals and also I was done with my PDOS while waiting for the result of my medicals and can't wait to sign the contract. I went to the clinic and explained to the physician that I need to go home the following day (out of budget already since I have no relative in manila and stayed in Kabayan Hotel-Pasay) so she asked me to have a repeat U/A on that very moment and told me that my agency will just inform me of the result and if my U/A WBC is still elevated, I need to take antibiotics for 3 days in which she gave me the prescription. I thought she will just waive my U/A since I will be treating with antibiotics if it is still elevated and UTI is just UTI which can be easily treated with antibiotics. So I went home last Friday (Oct 21).

But I was wrong. My agency informed me this morning that I need to report back to the clinic because my WBC is still elevated and that they will not waive it. I called the clinic asking if it would be alright if I'll just have my U/A here in our place and send the result in their clinic but they didn't allow it. What the F__k!!! I need to spend almost 7K just for the plane ticket to and from manila and 1 night stay again in Kabayan Hotel just for a 175PhP urinalysis. I am pretty sure after a 3 day antibiotics treatment my U/A will be fine. I can't think of how some clinics are so inconsiderate and can't waive a slight WBC elevation in my U/A and also won't allow the test to be done here in my place that I need to go back to their DARN F_ king clinic.

Now I need to be there in Manila again this Thursday (Oct 27)...

I even already signed the contract even though I am not yet cleared with my medicals since the problem was just a UTI which was just a slight elevation of urine WBC that's why my agency was confident that they can easily waive it but Loooooohhhh, this clinic was very very very inconsiderate....I am very disappointed!!!
