Hi,
I am new to this site and I found it very informative. This would be my first post. I would just like to know if anybody on this board wrote the Kuwait MOH exam last March 18 in PICC? I believe there were 3 agencies who facilitated the exam and interview. In my case I passed the exam and was interviewed by the Kuwait MOH delegates last March 24 at Diamond Hotel- Manila. The agency called me up informing me that I passed the interview and wait for further instructions for the next step. I would just like to hear how many of us are awaiting for possible deployment to Kuwait and any update as to your case will be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks.

140 FEMALE (23-35 years old)
10 MALE (23-40 years old)
Good Luck to all the nurses in this thread. Hope you can wait for ku-WAIT...
I for one took the exam last March 18, 2011 (for MOH/government hospitals) . Until now I'm still here. though most of my co-applicants were deployed already. I think we are the only remaining batch of at least 30 or more who are still waiting to be deployed. The number of applicants way back then was around 2,000 and only 360 will be offered employment. MOH delegates also went to India and they hired 1,000 India nurses over there.
I think there is not much difference as to waiting time for visa processing between private-hired and government-hired nurses bound for Kuwait. So keep your heads up guys, don't resign from your current hospital jobs to those who are working and try to look for other opportunities while in a waiting mode (very long, tiring, and takes a lot of patience).
Visit this thread from time to time for updates coming from our colleagues who are already there in Kuwait.
God Bless...
Thanks for the info dinx! you're right. we have to have a plan B when it comes to applying abroad. Or even a plan C. at least we have a back up plan.
Some countries prefer to hire indians because they cost much cheaper and they don't complain. Although most of them are faking their certificates to be able to land a job abroad.
