Anyone work in LA hospital under agency? are they deducting amount from your hourly pay?

I only know nurses who USED to work there. It was not a good experience.

As I said before, find your own facility, not thru the agency. You are going to get the royal screw otherwise.................... :)

Kindred Hospital Los Angeles has now established a proper orientation program for the new hires and new grads (3 month-program). It's now a great facility to earn skills and obtain good learning experience from. It's under new administration with a lot of great things planned.
I started at Kindred LA 2 years ago and they provide plenty of opportunity for the staff to learn. In fact employees have the benefit of utilizing $2,500 per full time staff annually for continuing education. They have been very supportive when I informed them of my decision to obtain my MSN.
A lot of changes already happened over the years, they are now organized and the facility has just got better in terms of quality and service.
No, I'm not a manager, I'm just a regular staff but these are the good things I can say about the facility.
