Just trying to find other KSU students/transfer students that applied to the Spring 2022 nursing program.
I applied for Spring 2022 with a 4.0 and TEAS score of 85.3% in May. Over the Summer I did lose my 4.0 but I don't know if they pull up those grades when reviewing. If they do my cumulative GPA at KSU only (I'm a transfer student) is 3.71 but overall is a 3.92 (71 credits worth between 21 at KSU and 50 from Boise State University).

I remember nervously hounding this site, comparing my stats to the stats of other students who were previously accepted to the program to see if I measured up. I just want to remind you, everything will be okay! You’ve worked so hard to get where you are so don’t give up! I’m sure all of you will make incredible future nurses!
All the best,
N.
P.S. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have! ?
Hi, thank you for the kind words! Quick question, will clinical start during the first semester? Just curious! Thank you in advance

@fashionista1299 Hi! Yes, clinical does start during first semester. You’ll go to skills lab for the first few weeks of the semester to learn some skills and then start clinical once you pass skills competencies/check offs. Hope this info helps!
Thank you for letting us know. I guess I can stop checking my email multiple times a day LOL. I hope it's early October and not late October. This waiting is not fun!
Hey everyone! I applied to Spring 2022 as well! worried about my GPA a little bit because I think I only had a 3.53 when applied but I got a 90.7% on the TEAS. I only had 6 classes left which included micro and lab. I took those this Summer and scom and got A'a in both but wish I could've updated my application to include those since decisions hadn't been made yet! Just taking MUA, ENGL 2, and PERS this semester and I'll be done with pre-reqs and get an associate of science in health professions.... now I just need a decision because the waiting is killing me!

I am applying for Fall 2022 and I have a similar GPA! How did you study for the TEAS ??I really want an A on the TEAS exam to increase my chances. I am currently taking A&P2/L, Microbio/L, and PSYC 2103. Stay positive!! You will get in!

Just thought I should share this info…I’m sure this waiting game is driving us all nuts haha! Soon it will all be over, best of luck to everyone!
Did your advisor specify when in October?
