Keiser (Wolford) CRNA 2019 Applicants

Published

I have applied to Keiser University CRNA program in Naples, FL for 2019.. anyone else planning to or already applied there for 2019? Anyone starting in January 2019? Please do not comment about the school being a "last resort" school as seen in past threads and posts. This thread is intended solely for current and future applicants applying in 2019. If you had interviewed at Keiser before, please provide some insights.

Can you send it to me? Thanks

Hi j.jones4174,BSN, RN,

Are you able to share pointers about the essay and what the review committee is looking for?

If you don’t mind sharing your essay to look at it to gain an idea? I can provide you with my email address.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Warm Regards!

Don't over-think it. What made you want to become a CRNA? What are you going to do when you're done? Pursue your DNAP? Be a clinical provider? Do missions? Research?

Hello. I have a question, can the application be submitted with the CCRN being completed at a later date (approximately 2 weeks)? Or does everything have to be submitted at the same time?

Hi ICU/EMTP,

Thank you for responding to my post. Thank you for the feedback. I truly appreciate it!

Submit the CCRN when you get it and send your app now.

Kdomi005,

if you have all your other documents prepared and ready to submit with your application, I would go ahead and submit your application with required documents. Once the CCRN you can send that documentation at a later date.

What the advisory committee advises is to make every effort to have as much of the required documents attached with your application as possible.

Hope this helps!

Thank you so much. I’m applying for the January 2020 class and starting on the application in June but won’t take the CCRN until July.

Yay!! Wishing you the best of luck!! I too am applying for the Jan 2020 cohort, perhaps we will be colleagues in the same cohort? ???

CCRN. is not required by Keiser except if you did not get in and are applying for a 2nd time

Send all you got and if you get an interview make sure you tell them you plan to take it

ESSAY....The idea behind the essay is to show motivation, ambition, your not a quitter. Guys we all know this program is tough. prove that in your essay. tell them why you belong in the program. maybe a story that makes your essay stand out.
