Hello out there! For those of you that are studying for NCLEX also I was just wondering if there is anything else you are doing other than a prep course to help you. So far I have studied about 95 hours and have done about 1000 test questions. I am still working on my Kaplan stuff? Any additional hints you see are helping you. I made some note cards for some stuff and I am going over it....... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that what you are doing is good, I found that doing those questions and reading the rationals were very helpful but I have to say that when you are actually taking your NCLEX try to remain calm and take your time and don't panic and if your computer does not shut off at 75 don't panic mine went to 100 and I passed so just don't panic. I know that you will be fine and good luck to you!

I too have taken Kaplan and am reviewing the book. I know that practicing questions are much more important in studying than reviewing content, but I figured I should at least review the major content once. I try to do at least 50 questions a day from the Mosby book and/or Mosby CD, plus the Kaplan practice tests sporadically. I heard it's better to do questions on computer over a book since the test is on computer and that way you aren't tempted to go back and change your answer or look ahead. The most important thing though is that you do questions! I wish everyone the best of luck with studying and with the test!! I have 11 more days to study!!!
