There is a question similar to this for ATI predictor tests and passing nclex.
what are yall's experiences with readiness test scores/predictor of passing nclex on 1st try versus actually passing nclex on 1st try?
I scored 63 on kaplan readiness, which translated into a 97% chance of passing. I test on tuesday!

I kept getting anywhere from 60%-70% on my scores with Kaplan and ATI, both. I just took the nclex this afternoon and received the good pop-up message. The test wasn't easy, but I did feel prepared by my reviews.

I scored a 68% on the Kaplan readiness and have been consistently scoring in the 60's on qbank and question trainers. I also did the live Kaplan review as well as Hurst videos so I pray that I too am ready! Best of luck to you, I test this coming Friday and am nervous as hell to say the least!

Congrats ProudStudent and everyone else who has recently passed! I test on Wednesday and I've been scoring in the 60's as well on Test Trainers. Our school says that if you are consistently in the 60's on all exams then you should be in good shape. This is going to sound like a dumb question, but would anyone mind explaining how the test was "hard". I know it will be very very difficult, but is it "hard" in a sense that the content was unfamiliar, or that test taking strategies were ineffective (etc)? How is the NCLEX different than Kaplan or any other preparation resource that's out there.
The test was "hard" in a sense that the questions were all the analysis style. I would get questions that mentioned symptoms in the stem and I had to know what disease process the question referred to in order to answer correctly. It sounds like you'll be well prepared if you continue to practice questions. I know how it feels to hear "you'll do fine" because I was sick of it. The anxiety is still there no matter what anyone has to say to you. Good luck! Remember to breathe and refocus yourself every few questions. Don't get tired and let your mind wander.
Btw, I actually recognized questions on the nclex from one of my resources. I don't know which one, but I remember thinking I've seen this exact question somewhere. Kaplan's test taking strategies were helpful. Google something about the nclex decision tree and see if that helps?
that is ironic how similiar are circumstances are! I test at 2pm... you? Praying for our good pop ups! what state are you testing in?
hey, sorry for the delay. I found it online, probably on Allnurses at some point. just google readiness probability of passing nclex and it should pop up for you
