I have a funny one I ran across the other day (Compliments of the Lippincott app on my phone):
A nurse is assessing the genitalia of a male patient. The nurse finds the patient has a piercing in his member. Why is it important to investigate the details of the piercing.
And honest to god...Answer B is "Because the nurse may also want to get a piercing there".
I about died!

This is kind of a silly question, but it is a legitimately silly question [big difference]
. Anyway, I've come across so many questions with answers that are so ridiculous, they're funny. Sometimes, they're so funny, I have a hard time keeping my laughter silent (at our school's testing center). So, this has me thinking about the day I take my NCLEX. Are questions on NCLEX as ridiculous as Kaplan's, or are they far more serious?
