Just finished Kaplan Question Trainer 6. Whew! 200 questions at a time is rough, although I took at 5 minute stretch/water break at 100 questions since I'm planning on doing that if (*knock on wood*) I get over 100 questions. I'm taking the exam June 26th at 2 pm.
My scores are definitely all over the place with the Qbank vs. the QTs, but now I think I'm pretty sure where I need to focus on for studying - Physiological Adaptation and Pharm. Ugh!
Question Trainer 1: 81%
Question Trainer 2: 72%
Question Trainer 3: 59% (No idea what happened there!) Retook it a week later with a 72%
Question Trainer 4: 70%
Question Trainer 5: 66%
Question Trainer 6: 64%
I feel more comfortable with the questions even though my scores are going down quite a bit as the difficulty increases.
For content I'm using Kaplan's videos (I'm a visual learner) and Saunders. Only Kaplan for questions, although I think I'm going to look at the Saunders CD for more SATA, since I'm definitely not doing as well on those as I want to be.
Alright, finally took Question Trainer 7 with a 64%. I have to say that I'm feeling more confident! Looking forward to getting this exam behind me and on to the real fun of nursing. =)
Please think good thoughts for me, everyone. I can't wait to come on here and be able to say "ashleyrosesfRN"!
Will definitely be sharing as many study materials as I can as soon as I take it this week.

I think you are well prepared and I am predicting you will be done in 75 questions. You have prepared well. Remember to breath between question and really take your time and read the question all the way through two times. You will be great. Sending prayers your way. What time are you testing and in which state?
