Could anyone give me some insight about which one to sign up for? I'm leaning more towards the Kaplan because (I've heard) it helps you more with answering the questions and not just on content... any suggestions would be super helpful!! Thanks in advance!

I like both - I really like Hurst because it helped me remember items and content better. There were things on Hurst that I never remembered learning in nursing school.

I did Kaplan and not Hurst...Kaplan helped me prep for the NCLEX. It's a great course if you have enough self-discipline to review material on your own.

ButterflyRN you might not remember me but as soon as I saw your profile picture I remembered you. I was a previous student of BC and would often ask you you questions about the program before I entered it. The last time you were on here you said you were having some difficulties with the program, did you graduate?
Hi! I'm not recollecting if I spoke with you, but no, not from BC. I made it to Ortho and due to sketchy behavior where I challenged the program in order to retake the class away from the sketchy instructor they kicked me out of the program. I did graduate from another school however. What about you? You can private message me if you have specific questions about the program or instructors.
Okay, I'll private message you.

Both! I used the combination to pass with 75 questions. Kaplan is fantastic for test questions and remediation. Hurst is the way to go for content! Good luck :)

I used the N-powerment Nursing Test Prep!! Absolutely amazing. This course not only provides a clear and concise content review, but provides students with the necessary emotional support as well. I would highly recommend this program to any nursing student preparing to write the NCLEX. They provide an in-person review as well as an online review. I passed on my first attempt after completing their prep course. I also use UWORLD to practice questions online after reviewing focused content.
