Ok... I have been doing Hurst for content review and Kaplan for practice questions. These are my scores so far...
Kaplan QTrainers
4-58%
5-63%
6-63%
Hurst Q Reviews
1-91/125
2-85/125
3-85/125
Do you think that I'm on the right track? I'm afraid to take the Kaplan Q7 cuz its 265 and I started seeing stars around question 158 on Q6 :) I'm taking the exam this month. Need some encouragement and advice. I feel I'm ready but I would like comfirmation. Thx!
I see this page has been viewed almost 200 times within 14 days but not one person has bothered to respond.
Very disappointing but I will keep studying and focus on my goal. Good luck to me :)

I don't know anything about Hurst but I did Kaplan. I think your scores are good. My scores weren't as good as yours but I took the NCLEX yesterday and I got the good pop-up :) Good luck Kerry

I did Hurst and my scores were all successful attempts. ( I cant remember them now but I think it ranged from 69-81/125). I also use Lippincott and LaCharity. It's important to do practice questions and read the rationales. Remember I don't think no one will ever feel "ready" because you never know what they might ask you. Good Luck!
Thank you soooo much. Congrats on defeating the NCLEX devil :) I'm studying diligently so I will be able to say the same. I'm going to take Kaplan QT 7 on tomorrow. My test is on the 27th so Monday I'm only going to relax and have deep prayer with my mom. My test is scheduled at 2pm so I plan to go over my lab values once more that morning. Congrats again!
Thank you both for taking the time to respond to my post. I truly appreciate it! Nice photo also. you have a nice smile. Its more than likely your nurse's glow :) . I appreciate you sharing your scores. I have been trying to focus on my Hurst booklet and videos for content review. However I think the Kaplan QT's are good for practice with analysis and application questions. I feel like I'm as ready as I can be. I will definitely keep everyone posted.

I did the Hurst Review only and for me being an LPN for a long time and this being the second time I took NCLEX RN, I think that hurst hit it out of the park. My scores were 83, 86, 86, 86, 87, and 90. I took the test this AM and got the good pop up, so I am in good spirits. Good luck to you! And my advice is to stop your studying the day before at 3pm. you know this stuff, you will be FINE
Wow... No wonder your smile is super bright! Congrats on your success RN :) I took the Hurst QT 4 yesterday and scored 89. I'm soooo excited for you. I'm sure you are on cloud 9 right now! It truly gives me hope that I will pass. Thank you very much for your time and encouragement. I just noticed after question 100 I tend to become mentally fatigued but after a few silly mistakes I refocus. With that being said I pray I convince the computer that I am a safe nurse within 100 questions. I plan to take the last 2 Hurst exams on Saturday and Sunday. Congrats again and I will keep you posted :)
No problem! Anything to help a fellow future RN out :) and thank you for the lovely compliment (I hope to have the same smile coming out from NCLEX I take it in September lol). I wish I had Kaplan but I don't have the money for it. I just practice from Lippincott, Saunders, and PDA by LaCharity oh and Hurst of course. I just hate sitting for so long doing questions I take breaks. Let us know how you did. You will defeat the NCLEX devil.
Saunders & PDA are great. I had tons of priority questions and I think I got most of them right lol thanks to La Charity's book. And Saunders is the best book out there when it comes to content.
I've been getting 60%-90% on PDA. Hopefully that's good
That's really good. I think the highest I got on those tests was a 80% the questions were similar to nclex.
