I am curious as to what a competitive applicant has for an ATI TEAS score, GPA, prereqs. I understand the minimum TEAS was 78, but it has been temporarily lowered to 65.
Obviously, the higher the scores the better, but what does an average accepted applicant's scores look like?
What is a solid TEAS score for acceptance, do I have to score in the 90s or are scores in 70s adequate?
Do most selectees earn A's on their Zoology and MICR, or are B's competitive? Essentially, I am wondering if I should fork out additional money to retake the zoology classes to raise the B's to A's or is that an unwise use of tight funds?
Do any of you have any information on the UH MEPN results for fall 2014? I know the application deadline is 01 Dec 2013 and they have rolling admissions, I am curious if anyone knows if anyone has been selected yet or when notifications start going out?
I did apply and after reading posts from last year's MEPN selection some of the people did not find out if they were accepted until March, which is 2 months into the BSN program.
Have any of you looked at the required book list, yet? If you buy the books new it is going to cost around $850 and the iClicker is required. I think I will start googling for better prices.

I have. Are you getting those books through UH's bookstore, or were you going to try to use amazon or something?
I looked online and I found most of the books in new condition, with free shipping and they are cheaper than the used copies through the Manoa bookstore, sometimes the new versions, correct edition, were half the school's used price. I don't think we can buy the elsevier bundle pack online, I went to their website and the ISBN must be a UH generated number because elsevier does not recognize it.
When are your registration dates? I think I'm going blind because I can't find registration periods for second bachelors. Do we go by the credit hours, in that case? Or are we just set to register in January?
