Hi guys! Just wanted to make this for those who are applying to Cohort 9 for Kaiser New Grad Residency!

Hi! I know it's late but maybe if people for later cohorts are looking, basically they have a timeline of events and jumped straight into candidates PowerPoints in a pre randomized order. Many of the interviewees got asked questions on how we care for ourselves, what is the long term goal with Kaiser, describe a time you had a disagreement with a coworker, describe a time when a patient was upset with you, etc alongside clarification questions of what you had already provided :)
Not sure what they base their decision more. I'm not feeling too confident. The competition is tremendous so I'm not holding my breath. They told us we would hear about mid April. I think there is a timeline on the webminar slides that shows the dates.
does anyone know how many people got an interview?

Same! Competition is fierce in the bay area. I think they are interviewing 100 people for all the sites. But not sure.

They told us that they received 3000 applications, then chose 200 applicants from the snapshot to interview, and they're hiring around 100 new grads for this cohort. They didn't say how many each location would be hiring though.

Hi! From what I know from others who have been accepted/denied in past cohorts, it changes once you get an offer. It will say "hired to position" but it doesn't change while waiting for final decisions 🙂. Hopthat helps. I'm so anxious, this wait was definitely longer than other groups though.
