Hello everyone! I didn't see this topic on the forum, so I'll create this for anyone else who is planning to apply to Kaiser's New Residency Program. Good luck!!

What location are you at

Oakland

I also just got an email to complete an I-9 form for Oakland.

Who do you reach out for questions about your status? I've sent an email to my TA but she hasn't replied yet. Does anyone of you still work while waiting for the update? Just curious if you would send in your two weeks notice without hearing from KP updates yet.

Update* just received an email for COVID-19 vaccination survey and I-9 employment eligibility verification.

Same! On the email it said to ensure that all certifications and licensures are attached to the employment application, but I don't see an option to attach anything?

Hey guys, has anyone gotten any updates? I still haven't received anything! I'm getting kind of worried. Also, for our onboarding meeting? Does anyone have any information about that?

Thank you!
I want to reach out via email to someone but don't know who to reach out to. Should I email my TA who offered me the official job?

Hi! I just got a phone call yesterday afternoon form the TA recruiter to verify that all my information was correct like first/last name, credentials/licenses, degree, address, and social security to run my background check. She said after my background clears I should get an email/ call in regards to make an appointment with employee health, so to just be on the lookout for an email or phone call.

I'm on the same boat as you. My recruiter told me I would be contacted by someone who would know more about orientation/onboarding etc. I haven't heard anything. Did they tell you anything about that?

I also contacted my recruiter again to double check but no response ?

@trli I think we'll be contacted about orientation maybe after everything has been cleared (drug screening, I9, background check, etc)…have you gone through all of those steps yet?

@JerobikaRN hi! I have completed those steps yeah. The background check was on the last portion of the application right?(where you put past job experiences, education, disabilities, etc.) the background check form was included in that?

Hi everyone! For the COVID vaccination survey that was sent to us, there was a question that asks: "Who are you currently working with in Talent Acquisition?"

Did you all put the name of the Talent Acquisition coordinator that sent you that email?

Want to be certain before doing so. Thanks!

Hi,

Is there anyone here who isn't new to Kaiser?  I'm just curious?  Almost everyone I was in my zoom presentation with was.  Now it seems like most people in this thread are from outside Kaiser.
