Hello everyone! I didn't see this topic on the forum, so I'll create this for anyone else who is planning to apply to Kaiser's New Residency Program. Good luck!!

Before receiving my offer letter the recruiter called me and confirmed the hours and unit I was going to be working. I also don't remember putting a preference down either.

Sorry not preference! But like maybe it was something in the ranking survey we did? My recruiter also said that the official schedule will be finalized by the unit manager.

Just double checking!! My recruiter told me that sometime next week we would be contacted by someone from our unit/hospital and they would have a lot more information about how orientation would work, start date, etc. Was this what your recruiters told you as well?

I got emails from FADV requesting some authorization and transcripts.

@Gerson Fernando May I ask what type of authorization they're asking? I attached my diploma at the application website, not the transcript. Did you attached your diploma or transcript at the kp website?

@CH1KARA1325 Authorization for background check, transcript verification. My school was not on the National Student Clearinghouse so they can't verify through it. I did attached my diploma but not the transcript.
