Kaiser New Grad West LA 2016 program

Hey all I wanted to start a thread for those of us who applied for the Kaiser New Grad RN position in west Los Angeles. I received an email with a prescreen and emailed back I am waiting for an update I think it would be nice to see how the process is going for everyone ������ The cohort is supposed to start in June I believe anyone else care to share??

Hi everyone! Congrats to those who got accepted into the new grad program. I just graduated and would like to apply for the next cohort. Any idea when it is or when the application window opens? I will try to contact HR as well. I'd appreciate any input about the application process. Thank you!

The best way to find out to is to subscribe to job alerts for "inexperienced staff RN" or "new grad staff RN" on Kaiser's job website. West LA actually put up a new grad posting this morning and it was gone in a few hours.

I don't have the exact dates with me rn, but the next cohort (from participating KPs) will start in February 2017. I attended the interview for KP LAMC (Sunset) earlier this week, and that was the date we were given. As the person has mentioned above, you pretty much have to get lucky to spot an opening on their site, and I've seen postings with both "Inexperienced RN" and "New Grad Training (Staff) RN" as their titles. I agree! I got an email to submit my snapshot info and interview appointment dates.

How did you guys like the program? Did it end up being worth while since it is Per Diem?
