  1. I don't have the exact dates with me rn, but the next cohort (from participating KPs) will start in February 2017. I attended the interview for KP LAMC (Sunset) earlier this week, and that was the date we were given. As the person has mentioned above, you pretty much have to get lucky to spot an opening on their site, and I've seen postings with both "Inexperienced RN" and "New Grad Training (Staff) RN" as their titles. Good luck to you on your job search!
  2. Oops I didn't see your update. Yay congrats!!
  3. @berries11, I missed the call around 2-3ish today too and couldn't call back. I just received an email with the formal offer for admission! Maybe look out for this email! :) Congrats to those who heard back today, and good luck to everyone else!!
  4. No problem! My last name starts with a C. My stats are pretty similar to @jackbandit's: Undergrad GPA: 3.5 Prereq GPA: 4.0 (but actually I had one A-.. so it might not be 4.0 after all?) TEAS: not sure about individual parts, but 99th percentile overall App submission date: 1/9? 1/12? Hang in there everyone!!! :)
  5. Just as an update for you all, I received my interview invite via email yesterday. The dates offered are this week and next week (surprisingly so early)! You all will probably hear back soon! Good luck everyone!! :)
  6. I emailed them on 1/22 if they received my app and got this response on 1/26. "I have over 200+ applications and therefore cannot go looking for yours or any other applicant's. I ask that you be patient with the process. I will email you once I open and review your materials." However, later that night (1/26), an email arrived verifying receipt of my app. I'm not sure if she actually looked out for my app since I had emailed her, or if it was by mere coincidence. Anyhow, I hope this can be of some help
  7. Ah got it. Just gotta hang tight and wait, I suppose. Thanks for the fast response!! :)
  8. hello! have you all received an email regarding the receipt of your applications? i tried calling/emailing them last week but still no response i mailed my app via certified mail, but the online tracking info hasn't updated to say DELIVERED.. which is incredibly worrisome.
  9. Thank you to both! xochrlstinaxo, the content of the email that I received will probably differ from others' since I'm considered an international student. It outlined some additional paperwork required, contact info for my financial advisor, and a note that the official admission letter will be sent via mail within 5-7 days and a packet from the nursing department within 7-10 days. I was surprised to find no information regarding the deposit (which I'm guessing will come soon). Just fyi, I submitted my application on the last day, was interviewed on 11/20, and received my acceptance email today (12/15). Perhaps decision times differ for each campus? Keeping my fingers crossed for you!
  10. Hi everyone! I just received an acceptance email today to the San Diego campus for Fall 2015. Is anyone on the same boat? If you haven't gotten a response, I'm sure it's coming soon :) I haven't committed myself to APU just yet, and I was wondering if anyone has heard about the program at SD? (rigor of courses, organization, preparation, etc.) Any and all insight will be helpful!
