hi,
friend of mine took a test on Monday and she told me it wasn't hard -- said our exams in school are harder and she was waiting for difficult questions to come but didn't get it. She was freaking out too coz she thought she failed -- maybe computer thinks she cant answer difficult ones. Guess what, she passed!
took mine yesterday and mine was the hardest -- i find kaplan questions not that bad but the questions i had were really weird, even the answer choices. Someone said in the forums, "as if written by aliens :)".
just think positive ... maybe you're one of the lucky ones who came out of the center with brain still working -- mine went kaput after the test!
goodluck and God bless!
i believe we had the same test. the breakdown of types of questions was the same. (i was disappointed not to get some of the new style, and i had been looking forward to med calc!)i got done with my test in just 25 minutes. it shut off at 75. i'm freaking out b/c i usually take a long time to test. the test didn't seem extremely hard or easy. it seemed i knew some and i didn't know some. the thing that was on there the most for me was: prioritizing, emergency (who do you treat 1st), prioritizing with children, psycho-social questions (which seemed different then the book questions). i had no drug calculations or the new style questions. i had only like 3 pharm and maybe 1 or 2 ob. is there anyone out there that took the test really fast even though your not a fast test taker? i'm scared i screwed up and went too fast and failed! :uhoh21:
i passed too!
congratulations to us both, and of course, gratitude to him.
Congrats to those who have passed. Sorry Chris, I forgot to tell you that I'm really happy for you. By the way, what area are you working As for me, I've been studying Kaplan, Saunders. I also plan to take Kaplan in November. I just hate that I have to wait so long (91 days). It's like my life has to stop. Still looking for a job.
