I just took NCLEX.
Do you remember if you got question 75 right or not? If you got it right, the odds that you passed are very, very high. The NCLEX has NOTHING to do with the number you get right or wrong but has everything to do with level of difficulty. In other words, you get to question 75. You are at a certain level of difficulty. If you get it right this probably means the computer was happy with your level of difficulty and passed you. Most likely, if it had not been satisfied with your level of difficulty at 75 it would have hit you with another question that was either at the same level of difficulty as question 75 or just a little lower level.
Hope this helps...believe it or not this is really how the test works.
