Welllllll I just got back from taking the NCLEX for the first time, and I really have NO idea what to think. I'm so scared of failing. I had a lot of SATA, priority, delegation, NO math, a couple OB, a lot of infection control...and 75 questions. And the scary part is I finished in LESS than an hour. Now I'm worrying about did I go too fast or what?? I just felt like either I know it or I don't. And surprisingly, I knew all but one of the meds they threw at me (which meds are my weak point). My computer shut off at 75 (I was praying for less than 200 questions), and I just had NO idea what to think. I'm SO scared...waiting to try the Pearson Vue "trick," but it's still "waiting for delivery."
Another girl in my class tested the same time and had 75 questions and finished around when I did, but she said she only had TWO SATA and a couple math questions that she think she got wrong. Did anyone else test today that would like to share some anxiety??
And to think, I prepared myself for 265 questions with a TON of snacks and a drink...
